Innohep® in Haemodialysis

Innohep® is a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) that is effective, well tolerated and convenient to use in haemodialysis procedures. This booklet is a guide to the use of Innohep® in haemodialysis and aims to provide you with easy-to-understand information about anticoagulation.
